Rockstar North has all rights of the GTA franchise which is a game development company based in the US. Recently, Revolution Team announced the demo version of the game by launching the trailer of the game on its official YouTube channel. Revolution Team is a Russian-speaking development team that has been working for many years to make this game, in which they have transferred the entire structure of GTA Vice City to the engine of GTA 4 and along with it recreated the entire city. This is not an official GTA Vice CIty 2 because it is a mode of GTA 4 that the Revolution Team has created.
